Happy Summer cake lovers!! This box features 8 of our most popular cake flavors and will align with peak fruit season. Pick-up will take place on Saturday 7/20

• Brown Butter Blueberry Fennel: brown butter fennel cake, blueberry ginger & lime jam with cinnamon, brown butter cream cheese frosting, graham crumble,  citrusy vanilla bean Swiss buttercream
• Jammy Strawberry Shortcake: olive oil citrus cake, strawberry jam with cinnamon, vanilla bean mascarpone whipped cream, pie crumble, violet syrup & vanilla bean Swiss buttercream
•  Raspberry Chip Milk Chocolate Mocha: Chocolate chip olive oil sour cream cake, raspberry cardamom jam, milk chocolate Valrhona Caramelia French buttercream

• Cookies & Tahini: alternating layers of chocolate chip olive oil cake, chocolate devils food cake, buttery graham crumble, cookies & cream mascarpone whip, tahini caramel, vanilla bean Swiss buttercream
• French Chocolate Devils Food:  with Valrona crunchy chocolate pearls and salted, espresso infused dark chocolate French buttercream
• Vanilla Sprinkle: fluffy rainbow sprinkle flecked vanilla bean sour cream cake with classic cream cheese frosting.

IMPORTANT PICK-UP INFORMATION: 

This is an at-home tasting. All orders are available for pick-up at our NEW Bridesburg location: 5401 Tacony St, BLDG39, Philadelphia PA 19137, from 10a.m. to Noon on Saturday 7/20.

CONSUMPTION TIPS

Cakes are best eaten the day of (or next day from) pick-up, BUT also happen to keep exceptionally well stored in your freezer in their original individual slice packaging. Simply allow to defrost for an hour or two at room temp for a sweet treat or party trick!
